Product description
An aluminium heatsink with integrated fan and thermal pads. Easily mounted to the Raspberry Pi 5 using the spring-loaded push pins.
The fan is automatically handled by the Raspberry Pi 5 firmware, speeding the fan up as need when the CPU temperature rises.
Effective cooling without processor throttling for demanding workloads.
Compatability with hats is retained when used with a 16mm header adapter. The airflow is somewhat decreased, of course.
Sound level is around 35-45 dB, i.e. very quiet indeed.
If used passively, without the fan, it is still good enough for shorter periods of increased temperature.
A must-have for those who want to experiment with overclocking their Raspberry Pi 5.
