SNS-IR-3-80 / MZ80 is an adjustable infrared sensor with fast response time. It is suitable for applications such as robotics, interactive media, industrial production lines, and more. The sensor features an adjustable detection range from 3 to 80 cm. It has a digital output - when an object enters the detection area, the output goes high (5 V). The signal can be connected directly to a microcontroller or used to drive relays. The sensor's maximum output current is 100 mA.
