Atlas ESR is an instrument for measuring the equivalent series resistance (ESR) of capacitors, either in-circuit or standalone. In addition to ESR, the instrument can also measure the capacitance of capacitors. A built-in discharge function ensures safe measurement of charged capacitors (up to 50V).
The updated Gold version includes the following improvements:
- Improved display with better backlighting
- 10x faster capacitance measurement for large capacitors
- Enhanced triple-slope measurement system to minimize the effect of parallel resistance and leakage current
- Wider measurement range: 0.3µF - 90,000µF (previously 1µF - 22,000µF)
