RGB color sensor module TCS3200 / TCS230

TCS230 / TCS3200 detects RGB colour intensity. Uses an array of 8 x 8 photodiodes for detection. A current to frequency converter reads the photodiodes. The readings from the photodiodes are converted into a square wave with a frequency proportional to the light intensity. Using e.g. Arduino, the square wave can be read and determine the colour intensity as an 8 bit RGB value. Drive voltage: 2.7 V to 5.5 V.
