Water Level Detector – Vertical Float Switch for Liquid Level Control. A float switch is used to detect the liquid level in a container. The switch can control a pump, indicator, alarm, microcontroller, or other equipment. The switching capacity of the magnetic contact is 0.5 A. To switch higher currents, a relay or contactor must be used to offload the reed switch.
