AG TermoPasty Flux LP1 - 500 ml. A liquid flux developed for professional assembly and repair of electronics and adapted for modern electronics production. Suitable for manual tinning and restoration of solderability, for example in repair work. Provides excellent wetting of the solder and is particularly suitable for lead-free precision soldering.
LP1 can be applied directly to circuit boards by immersion, or with a cotton swab. LP1 is a chloride-free, moderately active flux in an alcohol solution. It is especially suitable for soldering SMD components using wave soldering systems or foam fluxing methods. Thanks to the alcohol-based composition with organic compounds, excellent wetting and good adhesion are achieved, minimizing the risk of solder bridges.
The formula has a density of 0.8 g/cm³ and a dynamic viscosity of 14.7 cP at 20 °C, ensuring optimal flow characteristics and easy application. The well-balanced consistency allows the flux to spread evenly across the soldering surface, enabling precise and durable solder joints.
LP1 meets high standards of quality and safety in accordance with ISO 9454 type 2233 and J-STD-004 ORL0. It delivers reliable performance and durability regardless of project scope or complexity. The flux residues are non-corrosive after soldering and therefore do not require cleaning (No-Clean type). If desired, residues can be easily removed with isopropanol.

Safety and storage:
- Always read the safety data sheet before use.
- Use only in well-ventilated areas.
- Reseal the container carefully after use.
- Store in plastic containers (e.g., HDPE, PP, or PVC), tightly sealed, in a dry and ventilated area, out of reach of children, at a temperature between 5 - 25 °C.
