Function:
The sensor consists of a microporous AL2O3 ceramic tube with a sensitive layer of tin dioxide (SnO2), measuring electrodes, and a heating element. These components are enclosed in a housing made of plastic and stainless steel mesh. The heater provides the necessary operating conditions for the sensing element.
