Extra high quality solderless breadboard for up to 50,000 connections and disconnections. The solderless contacts are made of a phosphor bronze alloy*. The contact surfaces are then nickel-plated. This gives the breadboard a very long service life with well-functioning contacts that do not fail. The holes are interconnected five-by-five, and 4 longitudinal, for example for power supply. The hole spacing (pitch) is 2.54 mm (0.1") and thus fits most of what you intend to connect. Several boards can be docked into each other to get a larger workspace. This breadboard is not to be compared with the low-cost mass market boards aimed at the budget segment. Manufactured by E.I.C. in Taiwan, who have dominated the market of high quality breadboards since 1985. * Because phosphor bonds effectively with copper, the material almost does not react with oxygen (oxidation). Phosphor bronze is an alloy characterized by high resistance to wear and tear with excellent mechanical and electrical properties.
