LM331 is a converter from voltage to frequency, or frequency to voltage. The converter has several applications in AD-conversion, frequency modulation/demodulation, frequency-to-voltage and voltage-to-frequency conversion.
LM331 has a nominal linearity of 0.01% over a wide temperature range, with a maximum deviation of ±50ppm/°C.
