Product description
LMT85 – Compact Temperature Sensor with High Accuracy and Low Power Consumption
The Texas Instruments LMT85 is an analog CMOS temperature sensor with a typical accuracy of ±0.4 °C and a linear output that is inversely proportional to temperature. Its low operating voltage (from 1.8 V), quiescent current of 5.4 µA, and fast power-up time make it ideal for battery-powered applications. The TO-92 version (LMT85LPG) offers a fast thermal response and is well-suited for off-board mounting in applications such as smoke and heat detectors. LMT85 is also footprint-compatible with LM20, LM19, and LM35, simplifying integration into existing designs.
