MOSFET Drivmodul

Small driver module for controlling large DC loads from a microcontroller, logic ICs, buttons or sensors. The module contains one MOSFET, an LED that displays the control signal and screw terminals for supply voltage and load. The control signal is connected to the pin header and should be in the range of 5 - 10VDC, but works down to around 3V. The module can be used both for simple on/off control and for PWM regulation. Without any extra cooling, the transistor can control loads up to 2A, but should be good for up to around 5 - 6A with a heatsink.
