NJU7662 is a voltage regulator that can be used for inverting the inputy voltage (Vout = -Vin) or double it (Vout = Vin *2). The supply voltage can range from +4.5V to +20V. Only two external capacitors are required to create a negative output voltage, and just two capacitors, two resistors and a diode is required for voltage doubling.
