Polarity protection based on the Texas Instruments LM74700. The module protects connected devices and batteries from incorrect connections and reverse current. It supports voltages between 4 and 60V and provides protection across the entire range. The maximum current through the module is 10A (internal resistance 10mOhm). Electrically, the circuit functions as an ideal diode, meaning a diode without a voltage drop. The module can also be used to combine multiple power supplies into a single device. On the back of the board, there is space to mount a TVS diode (SMB package) if desired. The connections are compatible with pin headers and screw terminals with a pitch from 2.54mm to 5.08mm.
