Relay board x2 5V opto isolated

Simple relay board with two single-pole double-throw relays. The inputs are protected with opto couplers LEDs indicate relay status. The relay is active when the input is pulled high. The relay has an SPDT contact with connections for normally open (NO), common (COM) and normally closed (NC).
