3M 8810 is a thermally conductive sheet with double-sided adhesive surfaces. The sheet is filled with thermally conductive ceramic particles. Only pressure is required to create both strong adhesion and an effective thermal interface. It has good thermal properties and can replace mechanical fasteners. Electrically insulating. Can be cut to the desired size. Intended for use between heatsinks and semiconductor components.
