Product description
Bottle. Content: 20 g. Cyanoacrylate glue, often referred to as superglue or second glue. A high-performance adhesive for industrial applications that require precision, strength and efficiency. With their unique chemistry and exceptional performance, cyanoacrylate-based adhesives have become indispensable in manufacturing, automotive and electronics production.
Ultra-fast polymerization
- Cyanoacrylate adhesives harden by reaction with moisture in the air or substrate. This process takes place in seconds, allowing for short cycle times in production lines and minimizing downtime.
High mechanical strength
- The cyanoacrylate creates strong and rigid joints with excellent tensile and shear strength, making it an ideal choice for applications subject to high loads.
Multi-material compatibility
- Cyanoacrylate adhesives bond to a variety of substrates including: metal, ABS, PVC, polycarbonate, acrylic, rubber, glass, ceramic, leather, wood and paper.
Minimal application volume
- Thanks to its low viscosity and high capillarity, the adhesive is particularly effective for small, tight joints and micro-applications, reducing material consumption and cost.
Temperature and chemical resistance
- For industrial applications, it offers high resistance to temperature variations (typically -40 °C to +120 °C). Also resists degradation from chemicals such as oils, fuels and solvents.
Electronics and micro-components
- Used for fast assembly of circuit boards, sensors and other electronic devices where small joints and low weight are essential.
Automotive industry
- Ideal for assembling rubber seals, fasteners and trim parts, and for repairing plastic and metal components.
Preparation for optimal performance
- Surface preparation: Clean surfaces with isopropanol to ensure they are clean, dry and grease-free before bonding.
Recommended storage
- Store in a dry, cool and dark place.
Warning: Cyanoacrylate. Avoid contact with skin and eyes - the adhesive sticks quickly. If skin sticks together: Do not attempt to pull apart. Dissolve gently in lukewarm water and separate using a blunt object.
