Product description
The D45V1Ex is a series of synchronous voltage regulators for input voltages up to 65 V. Delivers up to 100 mA continuously. They are switching regulators with very low quiescent currents (< 30 μA typical), which allows for extra high efficiencies at low currents compared to linear regulators and typical switching regulators. The regulators have short-circuit protection and thermal shutdown protection, which prevents damage in case of overheating. The boards do not have reverse voltage protection.
