Eight Darlington transistors with common emitters. Up to 500mA output current and 50V drive voltage. Integrated freewheeling diodes. Outputs can be parallelled for increased drive strength. Inputs are pinned opposite to outputs to simplify layout. ULN2804A has a 10.5kohm input resistor for 6 - 15V CMOS input.
