Ultrasonic Module for Repelling Animals and Insects. Using ultrasonic sound, it is possible to effectively deter various types of animals and insects, such as rats, mice, martens, wild rabbits, spiders, and mosquitoes. The ultrasonic signal lies outside the audible range for humans but is clearly perceived by many animal species, making it a gentle and non-toxic method to keep unwanted visitors away.
One or more piezo speakers can be connected to the module to emit the ultrasonic sound. It is an ideal aid for protecting pantries, kitchens, storage areas, gardens, and more. It can also be used as an electronic dog whistle.
The ultrasonic module is a versatile solution for protecting both homes and vehicles from animal-related disturbances – without harming the animals.
The module supports up to 5 parallel-connected ultrasonic speakers. The frequency is adjustable from 8 to 40 kHz. The choice of frequency depends on the type of animal to be repelled:
