Ultrasonic cleaner 0.6l tank

Ultrasonic cleaner for deep cleaning of metal parts, optics, PCBs, tools, printer heads, dental items, etc. Uses ultrasonic sound (43 kHz) to create a powerful mechanical vibration into the cleaning liquid. The vibration generates tiny micro bubbles which, under pressure, breaks up dirt and rust particles and removes them into the cleaning fluid. Makes effectively a deep cleaning result, even reaching hard-to-reach corners and cavities. The metal tank contains an ultrasonic transducer that transmits the waves to the liquid. Suitable for use with different types of cleaning liquids, choice of cleaning liquid depending on the type of cleaning. For simple dirt, dishwashing liquid is sufficient, but for the removal of flux residues from PCBs, isopropanol can be used. A degreaser or alkaline cleaner can also be used to remove residues from machine or motor parts. Heating the cleaning fluid to 40-80°C increases the cleaning efficiency (do NOT heat isopropanol, which is a high volatile alcohol). When using isopropanol as a cleaning fluid, ensure proper ventilation. Timer for setting the duration of cleaning: 1.5-8 minutes.
